Hajime

Resistance to Biological Manipulation

Eating monster meat destroys you from the inside out at a cellular level:

This transformed mana allowed monsters to use magic without incantations or magic circles, though no one knew exactly how. Regardless of the particulars, a monster's mana was poison to humans, and killed any who tried to ingest it. It would eat a person away from the inside, destroying their very cells.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 2
.

Hajime's survived this and gained Iron Stomach which allows him to eat monster meat without issues so he should have Resistance to Biological Manipulation

Resistance to Body Puppetry

A monster had the ability to use spores to take over the body of others, which doesn't work on Hajime cause of his poison resistance:

A bullet from Donner blasted it to bits. Though he couldn't see them, he was sure the ball must have sprayed flower spores everywhere when it burst.
However, Hajime didn't feel a flower blooming on his head. The Alraune wannabe suddenly stopped grinning when she saw Hajime was still unfazed. The spores seemed not to work on him. Must be because of all the resistances I have. His guess was more or less correct, as the Alraune wannabe's spores were a form of neurotoxin. Hence, his Poison Resistance made him immune to their effects. In other words, the only reason Hajime wasn't a puppet was because of sheer luck.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 4
Glyph Creation

"Well... at least it works..." The reason he had faceplanted into the ground despite jumping forward was because he hadn't properly formed his footing. That was why he had effectively stumbled and fallen in midair. Aerodynamic was apparently a skill that allowed him to create footholds in midair. He had obtained multiple skills at once from the rabbit, though they were all derivative skills of the skill Air Dance.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 2
Resistance to Fear Manipulation

Realizing its fear magic wasn't working on Yue, the black head turned to Hajime. Fear and unease began to well up in his chest, and visions of his early days in hell floated up in his mind. He recalled the pain and starvation he had suffered when he had first fallen into the abyss. However...
"So what!" That was a past he had long since overcome. He had suffered enough that such pain meant nothing to him anymore. He nonchalantly blew the black head off with Donner.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 4
Resistance to Elemental Abilities (Fire, ice, water, earth, light, darkness)

He has elemental resistance:

Heat Manipulation

Yue was only getting more confused by Hajime's nonsensical declarations. But for the sake of a man's dream, he couldn't back down. He started pouring mana into his arm, and his hand started glowing a hot red. His fist was burning bright with the heat of a man's dreams. This was his second new weapon. "Heat knuckle!" Hajime's expression was as dazzling as his blazing fist. However…

Stealth Mastery

"Hajime-dono, could you please erase your presence as much as possible? The Grand Tree is considered holy ground, so people usually don't approach, but it's not exactly forbidden land or anything, so it's possible we might run into people from Verbergen or other outlying settlements there. Since we're all wanted, we'd rather avoid being found by anyone."
"Alright, I understand. Both Yue and I are pretty good at taking covert action, so you can count on us." As he said that, Hajime activated Hide Presence. Yue used her innate talents that she'd cultivated in the abyss to hide.
~ Volume 2, Chapter 1
Fear Manipulation

Despite his casual tone, Hajime's words carried a surprising amount of weight. That was due to the Intimidation skill that he was using, which made his opponents feel a physical pressure from his words.
~ Volume 2, Chapter 1
Even though Hajime's Intimidation wasn't directed at them, Aiko and the students were trembling in fear.
~ Volume 3, Chapter 1
Vibration Manipulation

Shock Conversion was a derivative skill of Mana Conversion that Hajime had acquired from one of the new monsters he'd eaten. It allowed the user to convert their mana into pure force.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 1
Energy Manipulation

Instead of firing physical bullets, he was shooting off rounds of pure mana.
Mana Manipulation's derivative skills, Mana Emission and Mana Compression let him do such a thing. Since the mana wasn't structured behind a spell of any kind, normal enemies wouldn't have taken any physical damage. They would have just had their mana shaved off. However, both humans and monsters became unable to move once their mana dried up, so it was a great way to immobilize targets without harming them. Until now, Hajime's enemies had all been too dangerous to simply immobilize, so he hadn't used it much.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 2
Non-Physical Interaction

Hajime walked over to Kaori's prone figure. She raised herself into a sitting position and looked up at Hajime with fear in her eyes.
"Hajime-kun, why are you doing—" He mercilessly fired another bullet into her. "How dare you talk in Kaori's voice. How dare you take over her body. I can see right through you. Trash like you has no right to even touch Kaori. Don't speak. Don't even move." Hajime's Demon Eye could clearly see the female specter that had taken over Kaori's body. The ghost grinned wickedly. Now that her identity had been discovered, there was no reason to continue pretending to be scared. "Ufufu. So what if you know? This woman is already mi—" Hajime knocked Kaori to the ground and straddled her. "Wait, what do you think you're doing!? This woman is your lover, isn't she!? Can you really bring yourself to hurt her!?" "You're not a very good listener, are you? I said don't speak and don't move. Don't worry, I won't hurt Kaori. These mana bullets pass right through physical The only one suffering right now is you." "If you destroy me, you'll destroy this girl's soul too! Are you willing to take that risk!?" Hajime hesitated. It was possible she was bluffing, but Hajime had no way of knowing for sure. Thinking about it logically, he would surely hesitate to strike again. That was definitely what the specter assumed as well. She grinned and ordered Hajime to get off. Contrary to expectations though, Hajime just fired another mana bullet into her. The specter's pain was conveyed through Kaori's twisted expression. Panicking, she yelled at Hajime.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 2
Intangibility

Shouldn't have it, as Hajime merely makes a spatial barrier, he isn't intangible:

This was the latest of his weapon enhancements. He had used creation magic to enchant wires with spatial magic, then equipped his Cross Bits with said wires. He'd also covered the surface of his Cross Bits with spatial magic-enchanted ore. Unlike physical shields, barriers made by partitioning space were theoretically unbreakable.
~ Volume 6, Chapter 3

Teleportation>Portal Creation

He can't teleport he just opens portals

This was Hajime's latest artifact, the spatial magic imbued Gate Key. It worked in conjunction with another artifact, the Gate Hole. By using the Gate Key, Hajime could open a portal to wherever the Gate Hole was, and instantly teleport there.
~ Volume 7, Chapter 2
Resistance to Illusion Creation

Hajime got caught in an illusion world, realized it was an illusion and destroyed said world

The illusion groaned under the weight of Hajime's mana, which had covered it so thoroughly the entire world seemed red. And finally... it shattered. Shards of the illusion rained down all around Hajime, pieces of broken glass falling from the heavens.
~ Volume 8, Chapter 2

Resistance to Empathetic Manipulation>Mind Manipulation

He has mind manipulation resistance not empathetic. He has natural defenses to mental attacks

"The pleasure delivered by the aphrodisiac is so extreme that it has rendered everyone incapable of using magic. Furthermore, the more time passes, the stronger its effects will become. Worst of all though, the aphrodisiac doesn't affect one's body, but one's mind. In fact, it would be more accurate to call whatever special magic these monsters had a form of hypnosis than an aphrodisiac. There are creatures capable of such feats."
Tio's observations were perceptive and well-reasoned. Upon seeing such a level-headed Tio, Hajime thought, Yeah, there's no way this is Tio. "The reason you were likely spared the hypnosis' effects was because after the first few drops of rain hit you, you activated Lightning Field to keep any and all bits of slime off of you. The few drops that did make contact with your skin were not concentrated enough to pierce your natural defenses."
~ Volume 8, Chapter 3
Yue and Shea as i will post in their sections also have this and he scales to them. Even Aiko a literal non-combatant has resistance to mind attacks:

The woman took a few steps forward. Aiko took a few steps back. The woman's priestess robe rustled and her eyes glimmered. A second later, a haze descended upon Aiko's consciousness. She instinctively focused her mind, like she did when she was trying to cast magic, making the haze disperse.
"I understand now. You truly are worthy of the title 'goddess.' To think you could repel my charm. Very well, I suppose I shall have to take you back by force."
~ Volume 4, Epilogue
Resistance to Madness Manipulation

For the same reason Shea and Yue has it

Yue

Resistance to Madness Manipulation

According to her tale, she had been betrayed by someone she trusted too. It was a wonder she hadn't gone insane. Perhaps that had been due to her healing factor? But if that really were the case, that meant she had been tortured for centuries by her own abilities. Unable to even sink into the release of madness.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 2
Sounds like they're good. They'd overcome pleasure so overwhelming it could drive normal people insane through willpower alone.
~ Volume 8, Chapter 3
Darkness Manipulation

Yue has an affinity for every element:

She discussed the specifics of her powers with him at length as well. Supposedly she had perfect affinity with every element. At one point Hajime recalled saying "What the hell, you're totally overpowered..." to which Yue had replied by saying she wasn't very skilled at close quarters combat. The "best" she was capable of doing was using strengthening magic to increase her physical abilities to run around while firing off spells as fast as she could.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 4
Self Sustenance (Type 2)

"I don't need any food."
"I guess that makes sense. You survived 300 years without it after all... Still, do you not get hungry at all?" "I do... but I'm full for now."
~ Volume 1, Chapter 4
Resistance to Fear Manipulation

She could feel the same fear and unease creeping up on her. But this time, the memory of Hajime's kiss reassured her. The fear was blown away and replaced by something warm as it tried to take hold of her.
"That won't work on me anymore!" Since her current job was to just cover Hajime, she focused more on bombarding the Hydra continually with spells, not worrying too much about their strength.
~ Volume, Chapter 4

Resistance to Mind Manipulation

They hadn't proven that they'd destroyed any servants of the church though, so they'd been forced to go through the actual trial of the labyrinth, which consisted of various attempts to brainwash them into serving Ehit, alter their subconscious, lead them astray with visions, and all manner of misdirection and persuasion. Once they cleared that, they had to fight against illusions of past warriors from the church. Neither of those trials posed much of a problem for either Shea or Yue.
~ Volume 6, Chapter 2

Mind Manipulation

Even Yue felt so bad for Liliana that she tried to heal the princess with spirit magic. One of spirit magic's signature spells was one that stabilized a person's mental state.
~ Volume 8, Chapter 1
Resurrection

As long as one could use spirit magic and restoration magic, they could bring back anyone who'd died within the past few minutes. However, doing so was a long and arduous process. When Kaori had died, it had taken Yue and Tio five whole days to revive her. Now that they had some experience, they could probably revive people faster, but it would still take an ungodly amount of mana.

Shea Haulia
Vibration Manipulation

Shock Conversion was a derivative skill of Mana Conversion that Hajime had acquired from one of the new monsters he'd eaten. It allowed the user to convert their mana into pure force.
It had come from the horse-headed monster Hajime had saved Kaori and the others from back in the Orcus Labyrinth. When he'd recovered his pile bunker from its corpse, he'd taken some of its meat with him as well. Normal monsters had long since stopped giving Hajime new skills, or even improving his stats. But as the horse-headed monster was something Kouki hadn't been able to defeat even while he was using his Overdrive, Hajime had guessed it must have been stronger than most others. And as he'd expected, it had indeed possessed a new skill for Hajime to absorb. His stats hadn't seen too much of a jump, but the new skill had been worth it. Then, with his creation magic, he'd added Shock Conversion to Drucken.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 1
Glyph Creation

Since Shea was the only one who couldn't fly through the air naturally, Hajime had created boots enchanted with Aerodynamic for her. And because she could render herself weightless with her gravity magic, she could utilize it to even more effect than Hajime.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 1
Resistance to Mind Manipulation

Same reason Yue has it

Resistance to Sense Manipulation

The mist that covered the forest made it impossible to see more than a few meters in any direction. The forest itself couldn't be navigated, either through magical means or mundane.
It was common knowledge that fending off the dangerous monsters that lurked within the forest with half of their senses blocked was nigh impossible. Beastmen, the only species unaffected by the forest's misleading mist, prowled the forest's depths, killing any humans lucky enough to survive the monsters. It was for this reason that people referred to it as the Forest of the Forgotten.
~ Volume 6, Epiologue

Tio Klarus
Vibration Manipulation

"Graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" With an ear-splitting roar, the dragon let loose a monstrous shockwave. It was no more than a haphazard explosion of mana, but it was powerful enough to shake loose Hajime, who'd not only strengthened his already ridiculously powerful body to the limit with body strengthening, but had also had the pile bunker's anchors to keep him in place.

Resistance to Pain Manipulation

"Hmph, this is nothing! In fact, it feels good! Bring it oooooon!" Tio sped up even more, the aurora balls giving her a boost. She was using one of Draconfication's derivative skills, Pain Conversion. It transformed the damage she took into a boost to her stats. She'd learned it back when she'd first met Hajime, and it was the first derivative skill she'd acquired in centuries. She really had opened the door to a world of new possibilities when Hajime had beaten her senseless.

The high-level light spell Sanctorum allowed everyone within a set area to transfer their mana to one another. Normally, Kaori used it to transfer her mana to her allies and support them if they didn't have enough left to continue casting large-scale spells.
However, there was no restriction on who could transfer mana to whom. Furthermore, the caster could forcibly transfer mana from one target to another, if they so wished. In other words, it could function as a mana drain.
~ Volume 5, Chapter 1
Explosion Manipulation

"Shizuku-chan!" Ten glowing shields appeared around Shizuku, surrounding her in a glowing dome of protection. Kaori created a few more and sent them flying in front of Nia and Eri. These flashed brightly, and exploded in a supernova of light. Kaori had overloaded the mana in her barriers, causing them burst. It was a makeshift way to turn her defensive skills into offensive ones.

Fire Manipulation

"Swallow them whole, O crimson mother— Flame Tide!" Eri stuck out a hand and cast her spell with barely an incantation. This was the first time she'd cast a spell this powerful, and the first time she'd redacted an incantation. As the name suggested, Flame Tide was an intermediate rank fire spell that summoned a wave of fire the caster could freely control. Even agile enemies had a hard time dodging this spell.

Soul Manipulation

"I'm just that good. I can give my corpses a portion of the personality and memories they had in life, so they're capable of holding a conversation. It's an original spell I came up with, Spirit Binding." Normally, all necromancy was capable of was reading the last thoughts of the deceased, or creating a corpse by injecting mana into the lingering regrets they left behind. Skilled practitioners could even reanimate corpses, but they would still be mindless. Their abilities would be inferior to their living versions, and as they were incapable of thought, the corpses would need to be controlled directly by the necromancer. Of course, a simple command like "Attack" didn't require constant management, so a necromancer could set a horde of corpses on someone without having to micromanage them all. But something like holding a full conversation like Nia and Jose had been doing should have been impossible with just necromancy. What Eri had done with her Spirit Binding was rip out her victims' memories and personalities from their souls, and implant them into their corpses. In other words, she'd interfered directly with their souls. With just her own skills, Eri had managed to create an inferior version of ancient magic. That was how overpowered her necromancy abilities were. Despite saying she was bad with necromancy, she had actually been a genius at it.

"Alright, here I go! Hallowed Ground - Dispersal!"
Suzu said only the name of her spell, then swung her fans. A translucent orange barrier appeared in front of Hajime and the others. Pulses of light intermittently spread from the center of the barrier to its curved surface. The strongest barrier spell had been fused with advanced level light magic to create Hallowed Ground - Dispersal. Now the barrier also diffused the energy of anything it came into contact with. Though Suzu had cast the spell with the ease one might a beginner-level spell, its strength wasn't diminished in any way. Furthermore, it even had additional effects tacked on, and only cost as much mana as an intermediate-level spell. Suzu truly had trained hard. Yue: if darkness is an element here darkness manip works, others look good

Everything else except thr power null seems fine, I don't see how that description is indicative of thst

Oh.

Well that's ok then.

Darkness is a element in story, and Yue is a genius magician who has an affinity for all elements.

What do you think it is? The ability disperses energy, so energy manipulation?

Darkness fine then

Wouldn't dispersing energy like that just be an application of force (AP/Durability)?

Actually it diffuses energy but probably makes no difference.

It also says her barrier deflected the gale, weakened it, and let it pass through.

I guess it's just an application of durability then.

He already has it.

Also just remembered, basically everyone has an Airzone made by Hajime which protects them from the cold:

"Fwah!? That's cold!"
"This is some weather... Achoo!" Suzu shivered and wrapped her arms around herself while Shizuku sneezed. Neither of them had activated their Airzones because they'd wanted to experience just how cold it was first. Hajime and the others hadn't either, and they all shivered violently for a few seconds before turning on their artifacts. A fierce blizzard greeted the group the moment they stepped outside. A film of white snow soon coated everyone's faces. Hajime's Airzones only regulated the temperature around their wearer; they didn't create any kind of physical barrier. So in order to keep out the snow, everyone had to put up the hoods of the coats they were wearing.
~ Volume 9, Chapter 1
Later on i remember it being stated it was like -40 degrees or something like that and they weren't affeced at all, so Resistance to Cold Manipulation, though we don't even have that power yet we have Heat Manipulation for some reason.

So Resistance to Ice Manipulation i guess.

I always wondered why we didn't have a Cold Manipulation, but guess the Heat Manip page covers it.

But yeah, either Ice Manipulation or Heat Manipulation resistance.

Heat manipulation description says "this ability refers to having direct control of temperature and heat for any number of purposes".

I guess it is Resistance to Heat Manipulation, cause for example taking the heat from something thus freezing it would be under this ability.

Everything but Power Null seem fine to me, though mind resistance can be illusion creation but it said that it's a brainwashing so both seem fine imo

it's not working on you at all." Her eyes shimmered. It appeared she'd been using brainwashing magic on them this whole time. "Hmph, don't even bother. These glasses of mine—" Are enchanted to defend against dark magic. Except he never got to finish his sentence.

.But yea think we are good here since the changes have been accepted except for power null and resistance to body puppetry.

In character, probably, bloodlusted, it's also probably who shoots first, bloodlusted Hajime means concept hax, in character he won't open with the most op stuff.

Usually he just fires bullets, teleportation around and spreading particles which destroy you from the inside out, after that he goes for more op stuff. At least this is referring to him in the Afterstories where no one has challenged him so far.

When he fought Ehito, he was totally bloodlusted, illusion hax off the bat, space hax etc etc.
