Doomsday vs Godzilla: Take 2 (GRACE)

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Skilled in Hand to Hand Combat, Regenerationn(Low-Mid), Claws, Teeth, Flexible Tail, Power Breath, Energy Manipulation, Large Size (Type 2), Self-Sustenance(Type 1), Stealth Mastery, Enhanced Senses, Heat Manipulation (His Power Breath is so hot it can turn sand into glass, that is almost 2300 ┬░C), Resistance to Heat Manipulation (Survived being submerged in lava) and Poison Manipulation, Limited Resistance to Electricity Manipulation

Doomsday

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Invulnerability, Reactive Evolution, Regenerationn, Resistance to Telepathy

Unless someone explains better Doomsday's powers like his Regenerationn, Invulnerability and Reactive evolution, I will vote for Godzilla due to being more versatile and possibly more intelligent.
 
Godzilla's size just makes him a bigger target. He might get some hits in, but ultimately Doomsday could continously outmanuever him and whittle him down.
 
How does this Doomsday's Reactive Evolution work again? If it's non-applicable, then Godzilla takes it via range advantage.

Basically, he gets hurt by something but survives and then, if allowed to heal up, it won't work on him again. This comes from when Justice Lord Superman lobotimized him. It worked, but Doomdsay eventually recovered sometime later and when regular Superman tried it, it failed.

But it is non-applicable, IMO. There's a good amount of time between when Doomsday fought JL Superman and then regular Superman. He doesn't have that kind of time here.
