We all know we can't calc FTL KE on this wiki, we can use a max of 0.93c. But if the verse states that they have KE while FTL speeds? Can we use the speed for this?

Does the verse acknowledge that they're going FTL?

Well, yes, they know the speeds they are going by statements

You can't use the one factoring in the omega though, so i'd assume it's just off of KE=1/2mv^2.

Looking back at this

You can't apply Newtonian physics to FTL speeds, just because the verse mentions such physics and happens to be FTL

FTL can't be quantified, as going faster then light would take infinite energy, which it clearly isn't taking here

In fact, what you said is just the opposite. It is possible to use Newtonian physics to describe movements faster than light precisely because Newtonian physics allows such things to occur. Relativistic mechanics is what describes the distortion of spacetime and the need for energy going to infinity for a speed going to light.

This all depends on the mechanics of physics that are described in the franchise, we use comparatives with our own physics because it is clearer and more demonstrative and because franchises never go much further in this regard to ensure a more solid foundation.

It depends just as much as a franchise may choose to follow an interpretation of quantum mechanics other than the "many-worlds interpretation ," all are interpretations of the laws of physics of a franchise that is something specifically defined by the franchise itself and we don't have a lot to do about it.

The point is that even the laws of physics are not absolute, let alone ours, and that it breaks the idea of bringing all fictional works together into one set of rules, and this is often impossible.

Even so, I only remember them mentioning KE, then performing an FTL feat, not KE being applied to when he goes FTL
