I saw Sara Bloodlily's profile when I had nothing better to do and thought "Eh, why not. They both have the world Purple in the names of their powers".

Sara should take this handily. Her color manipulation gives a lot more versatility which could help dodge the purple haze she can just finish him off otherwise. I vote Sara.
 
They are like, 4km apart. By the time Fugo gets in range, Sara would have her own army of Fugos.
 
No they're not. They're the maximum range of the fighters. Neither of them have range above a dozen meters so they're a dozen meters apart.
 
Depends, stella has defensive stuff with her paint like minor self bfr (can apply blue and jump into "water"), or defense amp (can apply green on herself to turn her skin to steel).
 
Her clone of Fugo wouldn't know how to counter the virus. Her clones are limited to her knowledge, if I remember correctly.
