Shin's superior size should help give him the durability advantage, as his larger size can help him withstand more attacks from the Ender Dragon than vice versa. His Regenerationn should also help him take a beating, whilst the Ender Dragon needs the Ender Crystals in order to heal, the likes of which could certainly be destroyed by the collateral damage done by Godzilla. The Dragon's best bet is surviving long enough until Godzilla goes into suspended animation from using too much energy, but otherwise I think Godzilla can win.

Which is hard enough as it is since it's almost 2 minutes of direct exposure to Godzilla's beam.

The moment Godzila decides that it's at a disadvantage, it will evolve. In a short period of time, Ender Dragon's methods of attacks will be rendered useless either by Godzilla simply becoming resistant to them or developing roundabout ways to deal with it (the beams and the biological radar are the results of the latter), further decreasing the former's chances of victory. I really doubt ED can finish him off fast enough to avoid that.

The Ender Dragon throwing Godzilla into the void ain't happening because of the huge Lifting Strenght difference. He still has a notable AP advantage though.

Also, how tall is the tallest Obsidian Tower? Because the shorter it is, the less trouble Godzilla's gonna have at getting rid of the Ender Crystals (and considering the fact that the Ender Dragon flies around them a lot, it's not gonna take long for him to do so).

He's probably just gonna do that either trying to chase the Dragon or by complete accident via sheer size/range.

Dragon does have the AP advantage tho, and Gojira won't be able to do any sort of damage to him until the crystals are down

Is Gojira smart enough to destroy the crystals?
He can at the very least figure out the cause of his problems even if there's no visible connection. He manages to figure out that humans specifically were opposing him and not a bunch of metal creatures, prompting him to create his own humans to counter them while the rest of his body is thawing out. A visible beam of energy going from the crystals to the Ender Dragon and the latter suddenly healing is obvious enough for the crystals to become a target and at that point, they will all be destroyed in a few seconds.

Gojira's 15 kt to the ED's casual 25 kt? How does that even work?

His Regenerationn should also help him take a beating

The Regenerationn is Mid-Low. That's not going to help against a giant-ass dragon ramming through your chest.

Not voting though but these points are wrong.

That is a very small Dragon when you compare him to Godzilla, but you're right, regen wouldn't help much.

What would help would be hitting the Dragon with the Atomic Breath as soon as he tries to do that.

Which is instant when shot from dorsal plates and requires no charging even while hibernating. Ramming will only work once or twice anyway and with no vital organs to destroy, it won't be any better than the bunker busters exploding inside him, which amounted to nothing as the damage was undone quickly.

Not for long enough to matter. He will quickly develop resistance to it or develop some countermeasure that will prevent any acid from coming into contact with him.

Remember, all those lasers and the motion detection ability were developed to counter aircrafts. His durability is also a part of it as he synthesized completely new elements to reinforce his body.

I immensely doubt that Godzilla can somehow prevent the acid from hitting him. And how would a biological creature develop resistance to acid?

The same way a biological creature develops a nuclear reactor, increases its mass hundredfold in less than a minute, creates new elements out of nowhere to avoid collapsing under its own mass, starts shooting very destructive beams out of every orifice and grows dozens of separate organisms in a short period of time while most of its body is frozen and unable to use the aforementioned nuclear reactor.

Developing resistance to acid is minor in comparison as there are acid-resistant materials.

I pick Shin Godzilla as well. He should be able to literally evolve fast enough to resist Ender's abilities and decisively kill him.

Shin's 3rd form is High 8-C, so, that one could be used instead, but the match would still be just as one-sided, if not more so as Shin's AP could jump back to 15 kilotons in less than a minute.

You can still add matches if higher tier abilities are restricted. Hell, we restrict tier jumps for Garou all the time.

In that case, it's still one-sided even with energy projection prohibited. He would just grow wings, destroy crystals and eventually kill the dragon while the latter would still have no means of beating Shinagawa-kun fast enough.
