Bomberman. Bomberman has a solid arsenal and he has far more stamina then Goku does with Kaioken (his peak). Plus Bombermans array of bombs have those he can detonate on command, so he could control the fight by controlling Gokus movements.

Goku through Range and IT spamming. Although the White Bomber will take multiple hits before going down, but the fact he is 'only planetary' in rage might spell his doom

Alright. Guess Goku wins, and I agree with the majority. Someone can request this. Though I'd like to note that Goku doesn't use universal range like that, and it's a double edged sword.

I feel Goku would win due to experience, I may not know much about Bomberman, but doesn't he have his feats done under specific circumstances?
