Cassandra Cain Tiering Justification

Not really trying to revise anything, but I feel like some of the feats listed at the bottom of Cass' page that could be used to justify her attack potency and speed more than just scaling her to Katana.

Namely, her feats of one-shotting Lady Shiva with a broken arm, taking out a mob so fast that Tim Drake couldn't even react, casually dodging Batman's blows and Nightwing essentially saying Cass is faster than him.

And if Cass should be scaled to anyone, scaling her to Lady Shiva would make more sense, since Cass has both stalemated (https://m.imgur.com/a/vJLoo) and defeated (https://m.imgur.com/a/ukaiA) Shiva. Even scaling her to Deathstroke would make sense, as Cass has contended with him (https://m.imgur.com/a/1wLAF) twice (https://m.imgur.com/a/l7ucK). Scaling her to Batman also works, as Batman has essentially admitted that Cass is more skilled than him (https://m.imgur.com/AjFtgHS), he's done so more than once (https://m.imgur.com/aFvjvlp), and Deathstroke agrees with that sentiment (https://m.imgur.com/HUagnw8)

But yeah, not trying to revise Cass, just giving some better justification for her rankings.

Well this makes sense to me, like I told you though I'm not knowledgeable about her beyond surface-level stuff.

I suppose that this seems fine to apply.
