Rem vs Connie

What skill feats does Rem have? Connie was trained by Pearl, who has thousands of years of experience. Plus, Connie's sword has much higher dura, so she can potentially block Rem's spells if they aren't AoE.

I suggest giving her her sword considering Rem can one shot with spells.

Edit: You can't actually restrict abilities.

Well don't know about the AP here but Rem has better range, I know little about Connie though. But skill wise seems like its a coin toss, looking in Connie's matches she's taken on foes that are really really old. While Rem has that 1000 foes can be taken on thing going on. Guess I'll put a vote in for Inconclusive
 
What statistical values are they scaled to? AFAIK, without magic, nor Oni Mode, Rem has SHPC & maybe Enhanced Smell & Extrasensory Perception....

Rem has better stamina rantge & stamina, though, seems like. I'd wanna know their exact statistics (If they have them.) before I vote.
 
And every other 9-B from the series (Probably not every 9-B, but all the ones I found) get their tier from scaling to her in some way
