I' m not sure. Darth Sidious could casually spam dimensional-shifting time-space warping all-consuming destroying wormholes AKA Force Storms in all directions . I don't know much about Ghost Rider, does he have any kind of resistance of the capabilities of the Force Storm.
 
I mean that's just an attack. In the same way Ghost Rider can use Penance State on Sidious that will make him receive proportionate punishment for his sins.....seeing how he's a Sith Lord and the most prominent one that'll likely destroy him.

Proffessor X's Telepathy and mindhax is inconsistent due to him being a Marvel character, but some of his best feats are Planetary in potency and Galactic in range under the most optical conditions.
