Pretty sure Noodle is actually a master in her katana as well a da boolet.

So uuuuh are we going to go into this assuming that the Gorillaz calc was accepted? Because Connie is three megajoules which would be difficult for Noodle to counter without the calc.

Either way this makes me happy

Well now that the calc is accepted this is sixteen megajoules vs three or so I think? I believe the match became much more interesting.

Noodle has the AP advantage but thats...pretty much it. Connie is insanely more skilled and has instinctive reaction to boot

I wouldn't say Connie is insanely skilled? She's skilled, but she's just a teenager who got some help and that's about it.

Going by actual feats, the skill doesn't seem too apparent. Anyone can say "Oh well they fought someone who is (X) years old!" but unless it's shown that that person clearly, feat-wise, has some impressive skill, I'm inclined to dismiss it.

So the skill gap isn't really as impressive here.

And with a x5 gap in mind, I'll be voting for Noodles. Even a helluva a lot of skill matters less when the the opponent is also skilled enough to not get completely bodied.

A testiment to Noodle's backstory;

"Noodle, along with 22 other children, were trained with the sole purpose of fighting as soldiers of the Japanese military and government. After the children were deemed too dangerous and unstable for combat, the project was scrapped."

So yea, I really don't think the skill gap is large enough to say Connie will beat out a x5 gap. While, with swords, Connie certainly has a chance to sneak in a lethal blow, I say Noodle takes this more often than not.

Connie's skill is such that she is able to outmatch soldiers billions of times stronger than herself who have millenia of combat experience and whose sole purpose for existing is to be the best fighters in the Gem army, yes, she is more skilled than anything Noodle has ever shown. And yes, this is actually SHOWN.

Connie's sword also doubles as a 6-C shield

Referring to Connie's skill as 'just a teenager who got some help' is like saying Batman is 'just a guy who knows martial arts'

>6-C Shield

Excuse me what the ****

I mean can she dodge a flurry of machine gun fire? She's proficient in using guns after all and normally used a Timmy gun.

Well, technically, even if the sword has 6-C durability, the hit would still take Connie off-balance, since just holding something that is 6-C doesn't make you 6-C.

She traded blows with a bloodlusted Pearl and Topaz, i highly doubt a 9-C gun would knock her off balance

Because Connie has never directly taken hits from Gems, everything hit does take is taken through her sword

She has traded blows with them tho; that is currently being dismissed due to the sword ignoring Gem durability, but that only happens if Connie hits their body, not when she swordfights them or blocks hits. Also, having a block that is higher than your durability would still have to be listed, that's kind of why Steven has his shields listed in his durability section alongside his actual durability.

This seems a helluva a lot more unfair, now. Retracting votes and inclined to call it a stomp considering one fellow has a 6-C shield large enough to cover the complete forefront of her body.

I didn't say Noodle's skill was above. Just that the skill gap isn't massive.

Plus these are literally 6-C shields. Even if Noodles was more skilled... 6-C shields. She is physically incapable of even damaging that, and due to their size and radius, she can't get around it much either.

Yea as it turns out a lot of her matches seem far more unfair when she has 6-C shields.

Anyways, 096 vs Connie when?

I kind of agree with Paulo... If she didn't scale to the Gems even minimally her arm would be busted because simple physics imply in order to block someones attack , even with a sword, yu'd ahve to scale just enough to block it. That's like a child blocking an attack from an enraged Dinosaur... Even if somehow the blade you have scales above the dinosaur in durability, there is no way physically you can block it unless your physicals is comparable enough to block it... Unless an argument about it completely nullifying the knockback... And since per our sites rules Durability should scale to AP.... Yeah.

Inconclusive via "muy 6-C Shields" FRA

It can probably be chocked up to lolswordphysics for her swords, they were specifically made to have properties unlike anything else Bismuth made, including being extremely lightweight and being able to ignore dura against Gems.

She's noted numerous times by just about every Gem in the series that Connie is 'just a human'

There's no real arguments for incon, though.

Connie has a sword that can kill Noodles, Noodles can't do jack shit to a 6-C shield.

If we honestly just switched out Rose's sword for something that didn't have 6-C durability this could still be a match.

Heck, she was even shown to be powerful enough to disarm Pearl, and we know this can't have been because of the durability negation of the sword, because Pearl would have been poofed if that was the case.

Huh did the calc ever followed Explosion Yield Calculations page especially this part?

"Generally, you take the near-total fatalities section from the list of calculated values/calculator above. As for why it is used, the definition of near-total fatalities means states that: all large above-ground structures are destroyed within that radius, as well as causing 100% fatalities to anyone that is affected within the radius due to sheer pressure alone. When you get the result of said explosion, you multiply the value by 0.5. This is because only 40 to 50 percent of the total energy of the explosion is actually from the blast. Keep in mind that if the explosion is an actual nuclear explosion, you can disregard the point above. If you are having a hard time using the nuclear calculator, this equation can be used to find the yield of said explosion."
