Shido in character uses mukuro's conceptual sealing first sometimes. It mostly depends. But shido might use sandalphon first. But iirc isn't shido resistant to rw. He's just gonna seal everything she can do. Or maybe transmute her to a non attacking thing. I'll go for Shido

But then again, shido dosen't underestimate anyone, he knows that weird looking people can be the strongest (Aka origami) or girls in general can be strong (Like tohka). And since this is volume 18-19 shido he would way way more guarded. He has fought people like Mio and Isaac who has higher tier reality warping. So, he would just play it safe and use conceptual sealing to seal everything she can even do to him, since he plays thing safe. So my vote is still for shido
