Assume that attack mode boosts Deoxys to Kaguya's level. Regardless, Deoxys starts in base form. Who wins here? By the way, I'm perfectly fine if the conditions of the OP rules don't let this be added. This is more for the sake of debating then anything else. Anyway, last thread of the day.

Cool idea.

Also, Deoxys with low-diff. He has better regen, similar AP and dura, along with much greater speed and has mind hax.
 
Deoxys also has more hax, while he's immune to most of Kaguya's hax. And ETSB won't come into play because Deoxys won't let her charge it.
 
Kaguya won't be able to TOUCH Deoxys, much less hurt him. My vote goes to him for the same reasons (comparable mind hax, superior firepower, greater versatility)

I'm voting for Deoxys too, even though it's my thread, as you guys convinced me.
 
reasoning? I don't doubt you, but I can't count your vote unless you provide reasoning.
 
Deoxys has better hax than Kaguya, can fly and prevent her / the verse from flying (or moving) with Gravity.

Overall, he just outhaxes her at the very least.
