I...have no excuse for this one. This is really dumb, and I wanna pull a Thunder McQueen myself now that this thread exists. But, I'm committing to it, so here we go.

Rick Sanchez, having been trapped in the body of a pickle but making it work for him anyway, has infiltrated a warehouse looking for a way out, when something struck a nearby crate and it began to melt, He ducked behind another crate, looking back just long enough to identify a rat staring him down from afar. "So, you after me because I killed your friends, huh? Well, come and get me motherf*****!" he screamed, as he whipped together a weapon from what he had around him and readied to attack.

In the blue corner, we have Rick Sanchez from Rick & Morty, and in the red corner, we have Bug-Eate from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

-This is a fight to the death or incapacitation. No holds barred.
-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed any outside help.

-This battle takes place in an abandoned warehouse, giving both equal ground to fight on.

-This fight features Pickle Rick, with his battery-operated laser.

-Speed is equalized.

So uuuuh...I mean they both need only one hit to kill each other but I don't think Rick can see Ratt whole Ratt and BE can see Rick which makes it easier to dodge him and easier to hit him. Rick wouldn't know to move away before he's already dead, honestly. Uh...

probably BE but I'd love some more input.

I vote inconclusive, but lean more towards Rick.

Both can oneshot as Jacky said, but Rick is likely to use his laser first thing first anyways, so him seeing the stand won't be a game changer anyhow. Also, Ratt cannot dodge the laser since it is a light speed attack (assuming its an actual laser), and speed is equalized.

One thing, if Ratt's darts were to hit Rick's arm or leg, wouldn't he still be fine? They are not a part of his body, so while he'd be handicapped, he's still fine, therefore he can likely tank one hit at the minimum.
 
True, but the OP does describe that Rick is aware it's shooting something at him. He may not know what, given that Stands are invisible to him here, but he knows it's shooting something, so he'll likely stay on the move and hidden.

I believe attack speed is also equalised. Plus BE has reacted to MFTL attacks.

I think Rick's laser would almost certinaly throw BE offguard and kill him. However, it's just as likely BE goes for the headshot and even without Rick's insane intelligence, him not be able to see bug-eaten is a major disadvantage for him. Sure he could try and dodge BE and Ratt but if BE can tag a time stopping Jotaro (not purely because of speed but also how intelligent it was to work around the time stop) it should be able to hit pickle Rick. Plus Bug-Eaten also goes for the headshot and Rick not seeing Ratt means it's more likely to happen.

Whoever hits first. Inconclusive

I don't think weapon attack speed is equalized, peak human bullets sound weird. I remember it being a thing in one of the threads that real world item speeds aren't equalized or they break conventional logic.

Reaction speed is equalized, though, otherwise BE dodges everything gg.
 
IRL darts aren't MFTL+ though. It was for physics based weapons (lasers, sounds, and bullets), but whatevs. I'll still keep my vote.
