These revisions are unending. But this one is mostly just justifications and minor powers.

Accelerated Development: Is constantly being upgraded

Extrasensory Perception: Explained here

Information Analysis: Can see what dimensions people are from

Technological Manipulation: Can interface with things that don't follow the laws of physics

Resistance to Hacking: Can out hack and counter superior machines with sheer willpower.

Either Soul Manipulation or better Possession: Entered Captain Atoms soul

Immortality (Type 6): Can survive in other machines that can hold his mind

Body Control: Can Control pieces of his body independently

Possibly Resistance to Air Manipulation: Thor can't control his tornadoes

Intangibility and Matter Manipulation: Shown here

Resistance to Power Mimicry: Amazo couldn't copy his powers
 
Dr. Strangefate appears later on in Marvel, and the cosmic egg created in JLA/Avengers becomes one of the "everyone's morality is switched" universes in DC, just to name a few examples.
 
The real question is how many of these can I do before I exhaust upgrades for DC and Marvel?

I don't recall, but considering that Amalgam comics are canonically fusions of the originals, he might have the powers of both Thanos and Darkseid

Depends. Who does it involve?
 
Also I may or may not be willing to take requests for "minor revisions" (I'd prefer comic book characters though)
