Speed needs to be equalized for this to be fair.

Eggman is MFTL+ in combat and reaction speed while Bubsy isn't conceivably beyond Superhuman speed when it comes to combat, it's a blitz for Eggman as he literally does anything he wants.

Actually, 9-B Eggman is only listed as Superhuman, just like Bubsy.
 
No, that's his general movement speed. The profile literally has him doing this feat without any sort of weaponry or something enhancing him to justify the speed. If you again want the match to be fair, you need to equalize speed.

Oh, sorry then. The Archie picture made it look misleading at I thought this was an 8-C battle because I thought Bubsy had an 8-C key on here, R.I.P.

No issue, Bubsy is listed as At Least 9-B, not 8-C

Anyways, I really don't see what stops Bubsy from just smart bombing Eggman. None of Eggman's stuff really counters that if this is just him in base with some weaponry. Or I guess Bubsy could just use the Virgil Reality Helmet to literally wish Eggman out of existence if he's bloodlusted.

Ah, I see, never bothered looking at old versions of Bubsy's page. Anyways, is that a vote for Bubsy?
 
There's no time limit to bumping. Just don't overflow a page with bumps. I do it every six or eight hours. There's no rule about it
 
Yeah, overflowing with bumps is annoying, but there's not a set time limit.

Anyways, Bubsy beats Sonic....'s rival FRA.
