Spopovich vs. Jaws. Simple enough. Speed is equalized and all that. Fight takes place in the arena where Satan always fights and stuff.

Spopovich is stronger than Videl, who's stronger than Satan's around 600 kJ feat. Jaws has like 515 kJ I think?
 
Yeah, as much as I love Jaws, I think Spopovich takes this. Slight AP advantage but also has a range game via ki blasts and regen is also handy and makes it even more of an advantage for him. Plus Jaws can definitely fight but this someone stronger than him and has more and better talent with one-on-one fighting.

DB character takes this rather well

I'm gonna set a couple more dragon ball characters up against each other after this.

One dragon ball character I'm gonna use being the Great Lee because he's like the only 9-C

Spopovich seldom used flight and ki blasts vs Videl. But Spopo does have a good AP advantage, and his regen and stamina are big problems too, so voting him FRA

Think about it

Goku's really naive. Bond invites him out for drinks and he spikes his drink with a deadly toxin, that works before Goku can flush it out. Now before anyone says "Hey that's out of character for Bond" well yes it is but Goku existed and he believed him to be a threat, he'd poison and incap him.
