I was not expecting a Mario Maker sequel, a port yes but not a full blown sequel and it has everything I wanted. Slopes, more styles and level themes, more power-ups, water in regular levels, it's just so good. Links Awakening remake completely took me by surprise and what a nice surprise it was and I adore the games cute art style, it will warm my heart before tearing it out during the ending.

Personally don't care much about much else announced (Still wanted to see some Animal Crossing ;_;), although Astral Chain looks like something I'd be into.
 
What a scam. Everything they're putting into Super Mario Maker 2 easily could have just been added to the first one, but nooo they need more money from you I guess. Rest seems pretty cool though.
 
Yeah, Nintendo Direct is dope! Though, I sure wish Bayonetta 3 and Metroid Prime 4 would get more info; the latter was delayed big time.

You know, we should be thankful that we got a make-your-own Mario level game from Nintendo in the first place, instead of critisizing them for what they didn't add in the first game. Just saying.
 
I'm so happy with everything that Nintendo is bringing. Also, Final Fantasy IX is out today?!

My mind is still having trouble trying to comprehend the fact that we're getting that game. What kind of madman thought up the idea of making Tetris into a Battle Royale game?
 
Probably the same madman that thought a game with Mario and Rabbids with guns was a good idea.

I don't actually do much with Dragon Quest. Didn't see too much appeal to it.

I'll stick with my tune Factory 3 thank you.

That one original game they showed off looked cool. Astral Chain.
