Firstly: I just checked and there is no current rules that prevents me from giving him knowledge on what will happen to him in the fight.
Secondly: I think this knowledge would be less useful then prior knowledge since all the precogn will do is make Satan antsy since he can't see the stand and understand it.
Thirdly: If it is banned then I am proud to cause a new limitation.

It's implied. You can give people prior knowledge but if a character doesn't have the power to see what will happen to them, you can't allow them to have that power in the fight. It's like saying Jason Bourne versus Goku and Jason Bourne gets a gun which erases stuff from existence. He doesn't have one so he can't have it hahah

Stamina doesn't really matter to Thunder because he's just trying to kill himself, which is neither strenuous or difficult.

Yeah but Satan isn't one to say he's gonna kill someone. He taunts and is incredibly arrogant and self centred but it's usually not that bad

I think it's a fine line. Even if Satan does that he's also very likely to gloat which immediately makes him less intimidating

Even then I'm not sure if Thunder would exactly be confrontational. If Satan threatens him he's still probably gonna...run away. Like if this dude ***** a punch at you you're probably gonna run. Especially if he goes all "I'm champion of the world!"

Because I think hard to determine with Satan how he would exactly act. While he's willing to act tough he also likes to gloat and usually trips up. While I'm leaning towards Satan here I just wanna think about it for a sec
