Enel vs Yugo

Ok so Enel holds the AP advantage. Yugo is 29KT in this key while Enel is 65KT so that's a good start.
I see no way of Yugo actually touching Enel due to Logia's powers but his BFR might work. But that depends on if it's a projectile or contact based. Enel's Mantra covers that part so this is might a stomp.
If Yugo can BFR Enel without touching him in any way and it's in character to use that then I'd give this to Yugo. But if it's out of character assuming the first part then Enel takes this.

Yugo's BFR is via Eliacube, and i don't think that he use this first because, he has fear from use this and becomes crazy like Noxmillien.
Water Spell can maybe bypass Enel's intangibility.
Btw, in-character is better. Also, Yugo has speed amp via portal boost, this will make hard for Enel uses precog or attack first.

Okay so Yugo has a wincon.
Speed amp is good but don't forget that Observation Haki is so good that let the user deal with characters far faster. That's how there's people who can react to Kizaru. And Enel is no novice using Mantra.
Anyway, Enel vía intangibility (I'm not sure Water Manipulation would affect him unless he covers Enel in stationary water) superior AP and precog.
