I think the key of Yhwach and the reasoning for his speed should be changed.
The reason for this change is as follows. Yhwach reacted to the Mimihagi from a short distance- however this feat is not enough to warrent the Sub Rel rating, but there is another reasonable explanation as to his Sub Rel speed.

Here Uryu notices Mimihagi about to do something, shown by the Black panel of blurred lines and appears to be in directly next to Yhwach. It moves it and attacks him. He even says "Reishi's right arm" while looking away from it. He knew that attack was coming. Reducing time needed to react a block a lot. Even if Yhwach cannot forsee what the Mimihagi does, it would have let off Reiatsu and maybe his Almighty could see the future of what Uryu would do (turning around and see the Mimihagi moving)- this a stretch.
Normally this sort of information would result in a Yhwach downgrade, but Yhwach then proceeds to take the Mimihagi's powers for his own. http://www.**********.com/bleach/620/14
Now, taking in the Mimihagi does boost his powers, just like it did with the Soul King later. The right arm had to power to move it's own body stretching out at Sub Rel speed to the Palace. And earlier in the series, Aushwahlen has the elite Sternritter revive by moving around "Power" and the suddenly the Elites who got speedblitz were not doing the same, easily outmatching the Royal Guard in speed and such.
I think this is reasonable as the power transfer is thus far consistent with ichigo's speed in Shikai (Since he only kept up barely with Yhwach pre Mimihagi) and with Ichibei, who is MHS+ and kept up with Pre Mimihagi Yhwach.
Regarding the "True power" part of the key, Yhwach's Almighty doesn't increase his speed at all, there is no evidence and that's an assumption. it does increase his reaction speed through precog. Mimihagi absorption gives legitimate reason for the speed upgrade and also provides consistency as I mentioned before.
This then leads to scaling the Elites to Ichigo for MHS+ around Mach 3500.
With this, his speed would go Massively Hypersonic+ (At least in quadruple digits, faster than Ichibei), likely higher | Massively Hypersonic+ | Sub-Relativistic (Aborbed the Mimihagi- who performed a Sub Relativistic feat) | Unknow
