Since Merc has that ability all Hadou gods should have it. Because their physiology is more like a metaphor to "I am this outerverse".

Agree with Setsuna; that looks much more like soul manip, which while that includes NPI it isn't an isolated example of it.

I think the one suggested by dargoo is better. The naruto one looks like it better fits soul manip and though technically it's also NPI, when we add NPI to profiles, we want people to understand "this guy can touch intangibles" as opposed to "this guy can pull people's souls out of their bodies"

Generally having Soul Manipulation allows you to interact with souls, however, I'm better with a more generic image like OP.
