Slenderman vs Lucius: A battle between characters that have the same gimmick

Well, Lucius likely kills SM first due to AP, and then becomes Slenderman, unless SM just whispers and kills L who he then becomes.

Voting Incon, because it depends who kills first.
 
How does the becoming Slenderman thing work? Depending on how Slenderman manifests it may just end up absorbed into his armor like everything else.
 
The person who kills him literally becomes him, which is likely some type of Corruption if I understand it correctly. As all his feats, it is vague.
 
Basically it works about the same as Lucius' but won't work on 4D or higher beings (Because it's not supported by a High 1-B) and dosn't require satistaction since that's the most basic and logical thing I guess
