Godzilla's rads won't do squat, considering that Space Radiation is way worse but Kirito's perfectly fine in his spacefaring.

Pretty sure this version of Kirito is a type 1 immortal and therefore can't die to cancer (as iirc, type 1 covers old age & diseases).

I'm having a hard time imagining that type 1 immortals would be immune to stuff like radiation poisoning or nerve gas. Hell, cancer is an overgrowth of cells, so if your cells don't die if anything that would make it worse.
