Now that Clockwork is 8-A, let's see how he fares against Oracle.

So uh his acausality makes sure that Oracle won't see his shenanigans coming, but I'm not seeing any Multiversal+ range in Clockwork's profile.

Clockwork actually might have 2-A+ range but I'm unsure.

I'll make a thread about it.

@Xtasy

Well the thread isn't going anywhere so goodnight.

I was actually thinking about making this since Clockwork seems really strong.

Trouble is, he gets mindhaxed.

Screw it, I'm voting for the support I'm so bad at.

Oracle's precog surely won't work, but it looks like Clockwork needs to say something to activate his time powers compared to Oracle just thinking. Even if he manages to kill Oracle as well as have Multiversal+ range, Oracle's cosmic awareness allows him to know that one has died already and will act accordingly. His causality and fate powers will not work but setting him on fire or just shooting him will do the trick.

@Xtasy

The win is by any means, so Clockwork can just freeze Oracle in time and leave him like that. Clockwork won't even bother trying to kill Oracle because he can see all possible was the future will go so he'll know what will happen if he killed Oracle.

Also no, Clockwork doesn't need to say anything to activate his time powers, it's just a thing he does, he's been shown to activate them without saying it.

I thought the other Oracle's across the multiverse act after one dies?, If their going to act in general than there is nothing Clockwork can do unless the upgrade thread I made for his Time Manipulation goes through.

I didn't say anything about Clockwork's resistance to Mind Manipulation protecting him, I'm well aware it won't help that's why I didn't counter that's point.

Clockwork now has Possibly Multiversal+ range. Using that, what is Oracle's counter for him freezing all the Oracle's across the Multiverse?.

And yes, Clockwork's opening move would be Time Stop.

He thinks

Your mind gets split and you go mad because you can't comprehend being existent and nonexistent at the same time

Oracle can change his own fate into not being affected by time stop, he can still see his own future.

But the Time Stop is the same, Clockwork just thinks. They both know what will happen and both just need to think and it's over.

Which sounds like Inconclusive.

He's shown to be capable of using his powers without even pressing the button on his staff. It's just something they do for his character.

He knew he could play around with Danny so he just pressed the button repeatedly. Yet he also just pointed the staff at him and it activated. In the episode Masters of Time he literally opened a protal to the past without even moving.

He knows he can't play around with Oracle, so he'll just think it.

I'm voting Inconclusive as well. Though I will say I'm not 100 on Oracle's mind hax. If it's based on you going insane primarily due to the whole time paradox thing, I don't know if such a thing works on characters like them. Knowing time as all, possible outcomes, things that won't happen, basically time omniscience, etc. & not as, well how everyone below the time barrier sees it. Wouldn't they be immune to the chicken-egg type scenario of a "paradox". But regardless Inconclusive.

@WeeklyBattles

Oracle's Mind Hax works of his paradoxes, his paradoxes is from his Casualty Manipulation with states he's altering the future.

@Xtasy

Ok.

Someone already put him up against Misogi but I'm waiting for this match to be finished.

I believe grace period is over. I'll add this to Clockwork's page. Can someone add this to Oracle's as well.
