may as well explain Fan's deal

he basically BFRs your mind to a universe outside of reality, which is custom made to fulfil your every goal, while your body is twisted into weird stuff, and is guarded by infinity Tatari (beings comparable to Nakiri Kuubou and Shinno Akikage), which he can also summon at any time. Bansenjin can also do a lot of other stuff but Fan hasn't really used it
 
First of all, the most important thing about Fan is his Dream state. As long as he's sleeping, you won't be even capable of interacting with him. Amakasu himself can't do anything to Fan in this state even with all of his abilities. They required the help of Shizuno who's directly tied to Fan himself. So 2-B (high scale) protection probs

Second of all, his Tataris aren't as strong as Nakiri or Shinno. They are of varying degrees. But yeah infinite amount of Tataris means you aren't getting close to Fan anytime soon, even stuff like AoE is quite useless. That's why Yoshiya said their battle would go for god how many years without conclusion. And his main Tsuidan is 2-B on scale too (hax only. It has no destructive capabilities) and extends to other universes. What other things Bansenjin has that he didn't use it? All of his Bansenjin were shown in the VN AFAIK

Neither any offensive capabilities. Only Bansenjin (a form of mindhax)
 
Bansenjin should work as it's basically mind BFR and that's an extremely niche thing to resist

although i think Galactus has counter regardless, but i may be wrong
 
I don't see any non-physical interaction or anything that indicates Galactus could even interact with Fan. Does Galactus have any feats of absorbing dreams/acausal beings?

I feel like Fan just makes Galactus a dream where he rampages through a multi-verse eating planets to his hearts content and incaps him for eternity.
