I think this is Inconclusive or perhaps Sirzechs battle.
Shao has planet level soul manip, which I am told is way more than what Sirzechs tanked in the past. But the moment Sirzechs soul comes out PoD will erase Kahn likely. And cause it's true form Sirzechs starts in Non Corp and Shao is probably gonna be like "Dinner time." then both gg. Can someone see if Shao can instantly soul rip first though? If he doesn't I can see Sirzechs taking the battle.

In this key, soul rip is his first move. He did that at the beginning of MK3 but he didn't do it to the kombatants of Earthrealm because their souls were protected by Raiden. He also does this many times during Mortal Kombat tournaments after an opponent loses to a representative of Outworld.
I'd say Shao Kahn likes using soul rip a lot, and it's a misconception that he is extremely arrogant because he's only like that in tournament battles. In invasions however, which is what he would think this is because SBA says they're in Central Park, he'd definitely use soul rip.
