I would not mind giving Ban a tier boost, if there are enough good arguments. You can restate everything, but this time include pages for where these feats happen (ignoring time and space, them stating that being in heaven is useless, ban acomplishing the 2-C feat and so on). If those seem good enough i can give him a boost.
