Kenshi is the best MK character to come out of the awful 3D era, he's the best and Scorpion is overrated. Takeda is just a lesser version of his dad.

The AP advantage of Baraka says no to that.
But I'm leaning on Kirito for being versatile, such as his speed boost. Baraka has nothing to offer here.

2. Swing his sword at Baraka
3. Start off with a basic Sword Skill like Sharp Nail or Vertical Arc.
But since Baraka is a dude who doesn't even look remotely similar to any Aincrad monster whatsoever, either 2 or 3 are more likely.

Eh, I'll just give it to Kirito for being more versatile than Baraka. He's the true king of jobbers, surpassing Bill Cipher and Kaguya. He should be easy to beat despite him being stronger.

Since speed is equalized, I think Baraka should take this via physical AP advantage.

If baraka used his x-ray move kirito is pretty much dead. Unless he can survive getting stabbed through the neck then into the eye and through the head I don't see him winning. Plus baraka is ruthless and his normal attacks are already fatal. His throw in mk9 is literally him just stabbing you through the head with both blades.

Though he might pull through with Incarnation and a successful Starburst Stream if he can do it but given Baraka's unpredictability and the fact that Kirito is the type to analyse his opponents means he's at a disadvantage. Skill Connect might help considerably with this battle if Kirito can adapt to Baraka's wild and unpredictable style of combat.

That was a special case since he was on a much higher level than those guys that tried to cut him up. Baraka on the other hand would have no problem beating him since he's practically on the same level, if not stronger. And assuming that Kirito's wounds would heal the moment he gets slashed, well baraka could just stab his head and simply not remove the blade.DMUA said:

I have a question to ask, can Baraka react to the speed amplification of dual blade sword skills like starburst stream? If not that might give Kirito the chance to counter his style of combat. If not, Kirito is just screwed until he brings out Incarnation into the mix.

One thing I'd like to say is baraka isn't that weak
Yes he's a jobber but remember just a few tarkatans was able to O.K Jax and baraka (having killed the previous general and gaining shao khans praise) is the strongest of the race not including the hybrid mileena (which, even then, some endings show him fight with or kill her anyway)
Another thing, his spark isn't energy manipulation but rather him slamming his blades together and directing the trajectory of the fire. Which is fast af btw, wonder if we can get a calc on that ƒñö

That was OG Baraka, he was beast af and his "Likely 9-A" stats should be straight up 9-A since he killed Sub-Zero. Current Baraka isn't really impressive but MK11 will probs change that.N-nani said:
