Slashing powerhouses who were once genetic experiments. Which one wins?

Round 1: Bloodlusted, morals removed, all equipment available

Round 2: Equalized stats.

Round 1: Ryuko via much higher stats

Round 2: Raiden more haxs

Ryuko absolutely destroys him round 1. Raiden may a bit faster and has the HF blade but Ryuko has rediculous regen and Kisaragi is still Continent level while Raiden at his best is Small Town level.

Stats equalized could likely go either way, but Ryuko's regen should be able to keep her alive long enough to take him out.

I did, but ignoring durability won't really help if she just regenerates from the wound.

The HF Blade doesn't cancel regen, it just makes things easier to cut through by weakening the bonds of the particles it cuts. In a sense it just ignores conventional durability.

Than why wasn't Armstrong regen adding him in the fight against raiden or are we tacking that up as plot induced stupidty
