Match Starts.

Altair Instantly Info Rewrites HA Dio and TWOH

Or Reverts them back to normal Dio and The World

Voting for Altair

What does he start out with anyway? It's been awhile since I've went over game versions of JoJo characters.

Even then she resists EE and has Mid-Godly

Plus it's in Character for her to use Info Rewrite instantly off the bat or Plot Reversal or Conceptual Absorption.

So voting for Altair

It's EE on a multiversal+ scale tho.

The way I see it it's a who draws first, because HAD can also do a similar version of Outline Origin with his RO.

Like I said before, he doesn't really opens up with R.O. and EE on a Multiversal+ scale range isn't helping as your opponent is a completely abstract entity who'll regen even if you erase her off.

Plus thought based insta Info Rewrite does the job for Altair as soon as the match starts so.....

Not a stomp because he has the power to Time Stop and R.O. Altair or Reality Warp the Earth which holds her Abstraction but in Character it's very less likely he'll open up with them.

1) DIO would never RO the earth because he wants to rule it.

2) He has no clue about her abstraction and wouldn't do it anyway.

3) Time stop will do jack if he can't kill Altair.

It's a stomp.

Like I said, not a stomp if he has all the Options to use and kill her. Multiversal+ overwrite is still a big option but in char he doesn't do that. It's like the Oracle vs HA Dio thread

If he has the options but never uses them then it's still a stomp. If he has no way of winning in character then just bloodlust it.

Don't think this is stomp since not even Oracle vs Dio or Athena vs Dio was considered stomp even tho both opponents won via Passive Haxes which isn't the case here.

Bloodlust would be Incon imo since both have insta win methods via thought based abilities.

But in HAD vs Oracle and Athena, DIO had an actual way to kill them in character. Here, he can't do jack without prior knowledge or breaking character.

HAD vs Oracle: Oracle passively Precogs and Mind Haxes/Causality Manips

HAD had ways to win but he can't do that without breaking Character

Had vs Athena: Athena passively nullifies senses and erases

Had also has ways but couldn't use anything cuz passively got stopped.

Yet I didn't see stomp on them because he had ways to kill them but didn't cuz in char. Then dunno why is this any different since he has loads of options like mind manip and R.O. But if it's a stomp then I'll have to ask admins to close.

HAD doesn't know that. Also in the other threads, HAD had an actual chance of winning in character. But the other characters beat him to the punch.

Altair doesn't necessarily lead with her Movements unless she perceives her opponent as a threat. If she sees a guy floating around she's just going to do this.

When he heals out of that, then he's going to be in trouble.

Dio wouldn't need to know that. If he warps the entire multiverse out of existence (effectively killing all humans who could know of Altair), Altair's regen is gone.

The question is if he would even do something like this.

Answer is no. No he is not. That's so out of character it's not even funny.
