Magane can say something that Dio will deny to like "Your stand will dissapear" or "Your stand is now mine" or "Your stands effects will go back to you",etc and since in character Dio is cocky, he'll def respond which will be his downfall.

Yes actually, excluding Soul Manipulation he uses mind control to control the other characters across time in the start of the game and used Reality Override to nullify Tusk Act 4's Infinite Spin and GER's ability without even knowing what it was

what he doesnt do at the start in character is time stop (he doesn't even use it in any of the cutscenes, only gameplay)
 
Afaik he doesn't and Magane could easily trick him at the start of the match by saying something and making him deny it due to his cockyness

Because he was attacked initially iirc and felt the need to eliminate them. Whereas here it's just a typical school girl that he is facing and won't even bother with attacking her due to his cockyness.
 
Heaven Ascension Dio one shot. He tends to be arrogant and talk shit only to the Jojos. With lesser beings, he is more prone to kill her because he is a dick

Dio also resisted GER;so I see no reason why he shouldn't resist Magane

While Dio will go for the kill, he also is a reactionary type, meaning, he lets the opponent go first and then relies on his reaction speed and TWOH's Infinite speed and indefinite timestop to take care of whatever appeared. Eg. He let Valentine take a short dash towards him and summon D4C before stopping time and utterly annihilating him.

Here, Magane will open with trash talking TWOH. So Dio will, in-character, say something along the lines of "Muda" or "Hinjaku hinjaku", which is enough for him to lose since the effect is instantaneous and he won't react to a trash talk with absolute haxstomping. Also, Magane is attacking Dio and not TWOH, so while the powernull is absolutely not working, the power stealing should, since Dio is just an 8-C (or high 8-C) with one 2-A ability.

Magane's Causality manip isn't being argued here, so the GER statement is pointless.
 
Dio rarely attack before talking, on the contrary. He talked to Kakyoin and Avdol when he wanted them to join him, he even talked to Polnareff while knowing the guy was here to kill him. And here, he have The World Over heaven, so his confidence is pretty much at 100% (And unfortunately Dio won't win by charisma agains't this girl, even if he should).
