OK, so after looking at the stats of the Terminator, I believe that he needs some upgrades.
There are some stats that need to be revised, even if all we go by is the films, but more so if we go by the additional media such as the Dynamite and Dark Horse comics.
Here are feats from both the comics and movies together, note that not all the Terminators look the same as Schwarzenegger since only the Model 101 series looked like that. The Terminator has hundreds of different face variations, basically different face and skin over the same endoskeleton
For strength:
A T-800 has busted through several tons of concrete in the middle of a built dam

Held down a helicopter on maximum thrust, as the weight of an average helicopter weighs 3 tons, then this would require between 25-30 tons of force

Torn through a T-600 which is made of titanium

Most impressively in Terminator 3 the stronger T-850 managed to hold a nuclear blast door and burnt out its motor, at one point with just one hand. As the typical mass of a nuclear blast door is typically around 25 tons, this means that a T-850 Terminator can lift at least 50 tons

Now for speed, which is area that is really misrepresented, including the other media likes the comics the Terminator I believe should have FTE movement and Supersonic reactions
Here a T-800 got between John Connor and some humans and moved him out of the way faster than they could pull the trigger

In the original film the T-800 crashed his car and moved so fast the police did not see him escape

He blew away half a squad of resistence fighters before they could react
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads...4900-t-800+feat+speed+vs+freedom+fighters.jpg
A T-800 caught a grenade proceesed the time left on time, where to throw it and then threw it all in a second
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/12/123441/3434901-t-800+feat+speed+vs+grenade.png
A T-800 analysed a situation, processed various outcomes, picked a response and blasted this resistance fighter "In the blink of an eye"

A T-800 moved so fast that a group of reporters thought they were being attacked by a whole gang instead of 1 machine

With damaged legs a T-800 was able to outspeed the targeting of a Navy anti-tank robot
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/12/123441/3434909-t-800(s)+vs+anti+tank+bot+(1).jpg
And in Terminator 3, if memory serves me well, the T-850 caught a bullet with his mouth
For durability a T-800 survived under several tons of rock and earth and escaped with ease
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads...7578-t-800+feat+durability+vs+cave+in+(1).jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads...7579-t-800+feat+durability+vs+cave+in+(2).jpg
A T-800 sank to the bottom of the Pacific Ocean survived the pressure and was able to walk back to shore. The pressure at that level is about 3 tons per square inch, or 46 million Newtons per square metre. As the average surface area of a human body is 1.9 square metres, this means the T-800 withstood a force equivalent to 87 million Newtons
The Terminator also withstood the electricity of a whole hospital, getting struck by lightning, was only temporarily KO'ed by a city power grid.ed

In addition to various plasma attacks, including getting struck in the back by a plasma rifle fired by Reese
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads...5037-t-800+feat+durability+vs+plasma+(t1).png
and plasma shots from the T-X.
So in summary I believe that the Terminator profile needs to be altered if only due to the T-850, it should be something like this
Lifting Strength: Class 50 (for T-850 holding up a nuclear blast door with one arm)
Speed: FTE movement speed, with Supersonic reactions
Durability: Building level+ (for the T-850)
Striking strength: Class GJ
Let me know if this seems feasible
