Neku vs. Yuga (An Emo Kid Fights Some Graffiti)

One day, Neku Sakuraba and his partner, Shiki Misaki, were taking a breather before the next Reaper's Game was announced. They were passing through Miyashita Park on their way to Cat Street, when some of the art on the wall begins to move. Realizing it could be a Noise, the two stop just as a section of the wall begins to glow, and out came a pale-skinned pig-like beast. Without warning, the monster fired a projectile of some kind at Neku, only for Shiki to jump in the way and take the hit, suddenly transforming into a framed portrait of herself. After a moment of shock from Neku, he becomes infuriated, and readies himself to fight this monster and save his friend.

In the blue corner, we have Neku Sakuraba from The World Ends With You, and in the red corner, we have Yuga from The Legend of Zelda.

Yuga-Ganon W/Triforce of Power
-This is a battle to the death or incapacitation. No holds barred.
-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed any outside help, which means Shiki cannot interfere. (Mostly because she's a painting right now...)

-This battle takes place in Miyashita Park, giving Neku the home-court advantage.

-Yuga has obtained the Triforce of Power and Wisdom, so he is currently Yuga-Ganon for this fight.

-Speed is equalized.

With all that being said, let the debate begin!

Well, that usually depends on what pins he has equipped. However, assuming he has literally every one of them attached to him for versus debate reasons, he'd probably lead off with one of his more offensive attacks, such as his pyrokinensis or sending lighting Yuga's way. But, again, he has a lot of pins, so he could lead with a lot of things. I just think he would go offensive at first.
 
I wanna add my two cents to this cause its looks like you got a good match here....

Not sure about AP for both (Though I reckon Neku may hold the edge) but Yuga has some decent hax here, Duplication to overwhlem, could absorb the Shiki painting to amp himself, meld into the walls to make him a harder target to hit. Flight to keep himself on the move and could use Ganon's abilites.

Neku has Black Hole Creation to deal with flight or duplication or can fly as well. Can turn Intangible or Invisible to set up for a sneak attack. But what stands out for me is his Probability manip, being able to half your foes power and defence would go a long way for Neku there.

I'm not really familiar with Yuga, did he show the ability to manifest all the powers of Ganon? Because Power Null would really hamper Neku a lot. If he can bust out Power Null I wager Yuga could mid difficulty Neku as Neku is very reliant on his powers.

He didn't show off all of Ganons powers (Trying to cram 50+ abilities into all of his screentime would be a real hassle) but he flat out summoned Ganon himself and fused with him and the Triforce of Power, he's just a slightly more powerful version of regular Ganon. He won't use stuff like power null right off the bat since that's not in character but he's still capable of using it.
 
Depends. Is the Regenerationn even combat applicable? I don't remember Ganon ever coming back from being killed by Link or Zelda, not counting when he's actually sealed instead.

So I'm not familiar with Neku or The World Ends With You in general but what does he have to get by Yugas Low-Godly regen?
 
Yuga is based off of Ganon, right?

And Ganon is weak to holy attacks, right?

So, Holy Light, which comes from 3 separate pins he owns. The most powerful of which happens to come from Eyes Full of Light.

So, that's how.
 
Actually, funnily enough, every character that is located in the Underground; Players, Reapers, Noise, etc., can interact with the Souls of others. Through the process of Erasure, anyone who can prove themselves to be stronger than their opponents can unbind their Souls into their basic elements. And while Reapers tend to have much more power over the Souls than Players, the Players are still able to interact with Souls to the point of being able to Erase other beings in the Underground, such as the Noise, which essentially are created from, and feed off of, Souls.

This probably means Neku and every other TWEWY character here should get Soul Manipulation, actually.
