The king of the jungle decides to take on the perfect being.

Perfect Cell is used. The two will start 10 meters away from each other, speed is equalized, and Donkey Kong as well has access to all of his abilities.

The Perfect Being - 7 (Kiryu2012, GyroNutz, Swathing, Torilikoff, Straika, Paulo, Golem)

Perfect Cell is scaled from characters that were upscaled from High 5-A feat.

Donkey Kong is superior to Mario (physically) who is scaled from someone who can manipulate realms with multiple stars.
 
DK smacks Cell a bit, defeating him

Cell regenerates and gets a zenkai boost

Then Cell proceeds to win for Kiryu's reason, just without fear of being outclassed in AP
 
Cell regenerates and becomes 4-B?This will be a stomp then.

I thought Cell's Zenkai is restricted cause he just jumpes tiers with 1 Zenkai.

Also,his Regenerationn isn't effective against stronger opponents.
 
Just because he can become 4-B, doesn't mean it's a stomp, since he starts at High 4-C, and he needs DK to beat the shit out of him first for that to happen.

I don't know,I thought it was restricted normally,since one Zenkai and he is already in his 4-B form wich has its own key.

Cause I am not 100% sure.

I am confused myself.Going by the logic of this wiki he can easily regenerate from anything that Kong throws at him.But in the show he can still be beaten.
 
Yeah my vote's on Cell per their capability of not only absorption, but energy generation to an extent of which could have theoretically destroyed Earth...
 
Cell will get a Zenkai boost only if reduced to the point of near death, aka to his core. Any level of destruction that is inferior to that equals Cell not getting a Zenkai.

Shouldn't Cell be comparable to Donkey Kong now that the revisions have been made? Also, what stops Cell from self-destructing once he gets pushed around enough?
 
I don't know how far they are into High 4-C.

Not sure if Cell would try to self-destruct in that situation: it would be suicidal for him.

Cell self-destructed in his Semi-Perfect Form and regenerated.

They should be far enough into it.

He thought he would have died, but he didn't, so whether he thought about it is essentially moot.

And besides, I don't think that Kong would care too much about the planet.
 
Well then, Perfect Cell eventually creates Cell Jrs. to finish of the work.
 
Cell Jrs. are fodder compared to Cell. I doubt that they would matter against an opponent of comparable strength.

Cell can create multiple of them, upto 7, I believe. And they could do some damage by ganging up on Kong.
 
Regardless if he got a zenkai or not, Cell's regen means he's outlasting Kong. Since it isn't an AP stomp, Cell (and his Juniors which are close to his power, as they were even pressuring Goku, who matched Perfect Cell before) will have no issue damaging and harrying Kong until victory is secured.

..Also, can Kong survive in space? If it came down to Kong overpowering him, Cell would Kamehame-planet-bust. It's in-character for him to do so.
 
1) Yes, he's outlasting him, but depending on how much damage Cell takes, he's gonna lose energy by regenerating.

2) Cell Jr. are nohwere near comparable to Cell: they beated up Goku because he was weakened by his battle against the Bug-Man and refused to eat a Senzu Bean. Plus, the only reason Cell made the Cell Jrs. in the first place was to beat up weaker opponents like Vegeta and make Gohan angry, it's not something he would use to actually fight an nemy on his level.
