That's just it though. Whether Cell has depleted energy or not, if he's outlasting Kong, the second Kong gets tired and falters, he's dead. Ergo, Cell wins via regen.

Yeah I agree with that too, but we already came to a decision though that Cell wins. We should just wait for the thread to be implemented and the thread to close.
