Alright so I recently finished playing though Zettai Hero Project the game this character is from. I have realised the form he is in when he shows up in for disgaea D2, looks to be only his 1st form from Z.H.P.
In this cut scene (https://youtu.be/XyQsK3Brj4Y) he states that his 2rd form, that reqired the player character who was at Pirohiko's power level(I will get to him later), and Dangerama combining there power to even beat was not even his true form/power.
The following cut scene(https://youtu.be/ADoXtYk5hBE?t=28s) the attack that defeted the 2rd form did no damage what so ever, and implied this new form, Giga Giant Darkdeath Evilman would easly kill the player at his current power level.
This required the player to reach a form that surpass Pirohiko. (https://youtu.be/RReHY2HACpM?t=4m41s) This form Pirohiko claims to the unlosing ranger's legendary final form, and from his shock of seeing it, make it seem like he never gained access to this form when he was the unlosing ranger.
Okay next I will go over a few things that he has has missing from his page. In this cut scene (https://youtu.be/G8Lz8COpDJ4?t=3m1s) we find out that Darkdeath's cockpit has sheilding that was made to deflect psychic powers so Super baby's/Etranger's powers could not hurt, or even remove the pilot while they are in the suit. Super baby/Etranger has been shown to be able to at least make a psychic sheild that can withstand attacks from darkdeath's first 2 forms, while at the same time making a physical avatar of her older self on a planet that is at the other side of the sun from earth to interact with the Player, and Pirohiko's sprit.
in Disgaea D2 he has the Evility: Final Boss Barrier , which grants darkdeath that shield that weakens by 10% each time it is hit. As well the Darkdeath suit has resistance to Cold, Fire, and Wind bases attacks. (I do not know if this would count as game mechanics only thing.)
Darkdeath has the appearance in Desigaea 5, as Proto-Darkdeath (he is an item world encounter so I do not know if this would be counted as cannon.) he in this form shows another attack called Gaint evilman ray. (https://youtu.be/IqIdPFNLAAI?t=21s) Though this might just be a more focused version of the Evilman Gigantus Ray do to them sharing the same charge up animation. This version of Darkdeath also has the Evility: Like a Boss , Which gives him resistince to negative status ailments, and makes him unaffected by deathblow which is Disgaea's version of an instant kill effect. This version also shows to have resistance to Cold, Fire, and Wind bases attacks, as well a minor resistance is weapon based damage.
So now to get to Pirohiko. This character is the unlosing ranger before he was killed at the start of the game, and passes the belt to the player. But he has 2 cameo fights in disgaea 4, one being the netherbattle tornament , and the other being his main fight with the disgaea 4's cast. The cut scene (https://youtu.be/t1J5VKjQn5I?t=2m5s) after the main fight shows that while he lost the battle with the cast. It seems like he was able to keep up with them.
Sorry if this was a done wrong, or is a mess. I am still kind of new to this stuff.
