I vote to Asriel Dreemurr. Asriel's Stamina, Intelligence, Power Nullification, Timeline Erasure, Matter Manipulation, Time Travel, Time Manipulation will guarantee his victory.

Raven is impervious to time manipulation. She casually pulled herself out of an omnidimensional fall covering several timelines and dimensions in her base.
Not to mention she is way superior to her brothers, including Belial, who just a few months ago managed to overthrow, hurt , transmute and mindcontrol the one and only Lucifer Morningstar
Zauriels sword, which managed to significantly hurt The spectre was tanked by Raven and her mere heritage is enough to cast her out of heaven by The Presence himself

Do you mean the Injustice fight? That was non-canon and there was no clear winner on that battle. It was evened out until Dr.Fate banished both away.

I'll go for Asriel via Reality Warping, Power Nullification and DT. I Don't think Raven has a way to put Asriel down because of his ability to SAVE and LOAD and Asriel has a lot of means to put her down with Reality Warping.
