Matt (Epic Battle Fantasy) VS Link

I'm still very sure that Demise's feat doesn't count for many reasons I should make a thread for but I don't know much about Legend of Zelda so I'm not sure if I want to make it aaaaaaa

How Trigger happy is Link with hax?
 
Generally his information analysis tells him the hax to use.

Also, he spammed timestop in the final battle against Bellum, and iirc that's the only occasion he didn't use just his holy sword against a final boss (as most of them have their abilities resisted or are weak to said sword), which he's not going to do now seeing as Matt doesn't exactly resemble a demon.

Not voting yet, just giving thoughts.

Obviously all of this is valid if Link doesn't have the TF. If he has it, he's just going to use RW and wish away Matt.

Matt doesn't exactly spam hax, but I guess he could if he used Scanbot to find out if it's necessary... If he has Scanbot here... I have no idea if he does

Oh heck it's a feat I can actually believe... If scans were actually provided on the profile of the Sacred Realm relying on the Triforce to be a thing
 
I know, but he'll still most likely use it before anything else (except maybe for information analysis).

And most likely the only reason he doesn't is because when he gets it, his opponent was already dead.

Also, I don't know why is Zephyros voting for my reasoning when all I did was explaining what would Link lead for. I know nothing on Matt, so I'm not voting yet.
 
@Triforce saying he'll most likely use it before anything else is not a good reason. Especially when we rarely see him use the triforce.
 
I said it a couple of threads ago, and I didn't want to repeat it because I was lazy ovo.

Basically, this is how Link sees his weapons:"HYIIIAAAAA!I have a cool sword, a cool bow, a cool bug net and the symbol of power of three goddesses that I consider omnipotent. Let's stick with the bug net."
 
@Triforce and the fact that he uses his other tools over the triforce 99.99% of the time shows that he's more willing to use his more standard weapons than the ones that are more potent. By your logic, that's like me saying that Goku will use the Kienzan because it's the most potent form of ki attack, even though he rarely uses that ability in the first place.

You know very well that's because Link doesn't have the TF 99.99% of the time.
 
Fi will immediately tell link of whatever weakness matt has and link will spam it until kingdomcome also link is kind of already dead because of his type 7 immortality so unless matt can bypass it with soul manip (but link is resistant to that) or for the concept of death on him (wich lonk has also resistance against conceptual manip) link can win this via better hax's and could more likely out smart matt since he has more than thousands of year of fighting any kind of enemies and fi will always keep him updated, bit im still gonna read through both of the profiles just to make sure my reasoning is good for now i vote my boy link
 
So yeah went through their profiles and matt ca't bypass link type 7 immortality via death manip because link is resistant to that and for matt weakness "He's not very focused and thus easily distracted. Hates fighting while hungry. Can make very rash decisions." link will just have to draw out the fight so that matt will go hungry and starts acting rashly wich link will immediately capitalize on it and he's not resitant to BFR so link could also probably win with that since it seems easier that way and also transmutation but i dont know if it would work since the only resitance closs to transmutation is his status effect resitance but they dont precise how it works but anyways thats all i have to say i still vote for link

Matt is 29 times stronger in AP because he scales from Akron's 29 KiloFoe feat, while Link scales from Ganon who is 1 KiloFoe

But isnt link striking strenght,ap or whatever higher if he use some of his other equipments like rings (wich stacks) or his other more destructive swords? Or heck even use the four sword to have four equaly strong counterparts like him and just use some items to buff each other up just really curious.
 
Anyway, put my vote on Matt

His vastly superior AP gurantee's Link will get one shotted by so much as flexing thanks to his 29x AP advantage.

Link has zero character, so whatever he leads with his unknown and that gets him killed

Link leads by using an oppenent weakness and that reason wasnt really valid its like saying since every character in a game leads with unknown since its the player of those something, also link can reduce damages by 70%
