Elephant
vs
Rj Palmer T.rex

Size Equalized, because if I don't I'm pretty sure a big T-rex would ragdoll a elephant

Speed Unequalized, both are pretty even.

SBA.

The T. rex wins with some effort because the only way it can harm the elephant is by bitting it on the trunk and dropping it to the ground, this at best would get one impalement from the tusks.

It won't be able to bite the elephant's sides because its mouth is technically too small. But if it lands a bite on the trunk, the elephant is down.

I vote the Rex

Don't equalize size. Anyway I'll go with the elephant via using it's tusks to impale the t-rex
Elephant's tusks are not as durable as Triceratops horns
But you said the Trike would easily kill the T-rex with it's horns

T.rex dealed with Triceratops as food source. Their horns where far stronger than the Elephant. A confrontation with a T.rex could mean for the Elephant to lose one if not both of his tusk and after that he would just be an easy prey for T.rex
