Arceus vs. The officially weakest non-glass cannon 2-A

Im going to repeat myself:

Does this Chase have 2-A range? if so, he vaporizes Arceus and wins.

does this Chase not have 2-A range? If so, he loses.

I mean...both start at 4 km per SBA.
Remember that there is a true arceus lurking in there, which id 2-B. To fully kill it you need 2-A range.

Since when does one need 2-A range to kill someone from a verse that isn't even 2-A in size?

Well, its just to be 100% sure that no Arceus is left in thr multiverse ovo

A 2-B of higher degree can do it, obv.

Well then, the question is whether Chase will just bust the multiverse in character to kill his opponent.

Yea, Bill had Multiversal+ range but still lost to Arceus. That's before Bill got upgraded tho.

Arceus' hax is thought based, it'll happen before Chase can even breathe
