RULES

• The rest of the cast is 7-B (City level), I'm sorry to those who expect them to be tier 9.
  
  (WYST doesn't count as he still has his 7-B, but has 3-A with powers)
• Match threads should be fair for both characters.

You could put the High 8-Cs from Helluva Boss against some of these guys. The Spider-Verse is also full of High 8-Cs, do with that what you’d like.

oh also, this is only 8-C and not high 8-C but Minecraft has a TON of characters to use.

Inkfell is probably the god tier of the whole verse. His Beast Skin makes him the most powerful being in PC2, which places him above WYST's powers (since they weren't removed from him, only his intelligence was), he should be the go-to character for any match with other characters
