The difference being that a casual chop would KO McQueen but Goku wouldn't even feel it. Plus, Goku's chop wouldn't kill him, he knows how to hold back. He never killed anyone accidentally.Reinhardthrowhisspear said:

Damage reflection man meaning mcqueeen gets a cut son also would. The chop may have a lowend amount of power despite that mcqueen taking a outright ko would goku despite how much damage gonu would obtain whike under normal confition.
