Zelda's time manipulation is mediocre, only being time rewind, and that's assuming Hylia's the Goddess of Time.
 
Yes, as she is normally a natural infinite speed being, unless Zelda has shown feats of Time haxing an infinite or higher speed person, her time hax is useless on Angewomon.
 
Considering they're both scaled to the same 8.14 Foe...

They spam arrows and heal themselves until one decides to bust out some bs to win, whether it's sealing or OHK.
 
Or Sleep Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation and Hypnosis. I say this because I forgot what One Hit Kill came from. I need to search....
 
I know you're most likely going to kill me, but there's a slight chance of Hylia scaling from the 4-B feat. It mainly depends if Cal wants to bring that up.
