Well, Soul Reaper's jobs are to send souls to soul society and purify Hollow Souls with their Zanpakuto.

Shouldn't they get Limited BFR against the dead, in this case, as they can just wack the opponent with the butt of their Zanpakuto and send them to Soul Society? Or, if the Opponent has something Like Low Godly, they will just regenerate in Soul Society as a result?

Discuss and stuff

In Agreement: 5 (PTSOXMONKEY99, Starter Pack, KinkiestSins, DragonEmperor23 and Iapitus The Impaler)

In Disagreement:

I think I made a thread like this before.

However i think it wouldn't be combat applicable since soul reapers have never BFR'd souls in the middle of actual combat.

Doesn't this only affect ghosts that have the risk of turning into Hollows, as is signified by the chains around their chests? I think I agree with Kukui. I just don't think this is combat applicable, even if it is against other spiritual entities.

Even if it's none combat applicable, it should at least be on the profiles.

And technically, every time they've killed a hollow they've BFR'd it to Soul Society. It's explained that's what happens to Hollows when Soul Reapers kill them. And the whole reason they have a problem with the Quincy's is because they Don't BFR Hollows to Soul Society, rather they completely destroy the soul, therefore causing inbalence.

Hm, true, I guess. Technically, when they defeat a Hollow, they're basically exorcising it. But is this really applicable to the spirits which who aren't part of the cycle of souls within the Bleach universe? After all, these characters come from neither the Soul Society or the human world within the universe, but from another universe entirely.

Verse Equalization should deal with that.

Eh, alright. You've put my insecurities to rest. I'll back this one up!

Well, they also can send hollow to hell if they commit crimes while they were alive.

^And that happen during the combat ovo

If they are dead, they can either escort them to the soul society via Konso or the underworld takes them.

It seems fine if they are dead

If this is a living being, ehh, I dont think so.

I think it is fine

Edit: Oh, the above also likely isnt combat applicable.

But it is still an ability.

Then the Soul Reaper in question would just have to kill the target.

Well.

If the opponent has Low-Godly or something of the like, it would be rather applicable.

Wrong, it works in any soul and this is part of the balance of souls, when killing a hollow being weak or strong, it is purified and sent to soul society. You must be confused by the act of sending human spirits to the Soul Society, if I am not mistaken this is called Gokei.

The OP said "Wack the opponent with the butt of their zanpakuto" so yes, I'm refering to their reference of soul burial. As far as "killing" to distribute that's a different scenario which still requires a certain level of power comparatively to the one your trying to "Kill".

I agree. I also wonder about Rukia's glove that she uses to push Ichigo into his soul form. Can't she do that to other people to push them into their soul form with their chain of fate attached? Anyways, that's off topic. Purifying a soul and sending it to another dimension should be considered BFR.

That seems nonsensical to me. Yes, they seem to be able to send souls away. It, however, has never even been shown if they can do that against the will of a person or how it even works in any form.

Ichigo didn't entirely look willing most times Rukia Soul Punched him.

Though still, way out of character for her.

You should ask Soldier Blue to comment here.

In addition, the images are getting annoying. Just write "Bump" like everybody else instead.

This is not really combat applicable. And it only works against Pluses with intact chains of fate.

Perhaps we should leave a note:

BFR (against the souls/ghosts of normal humans only).

It's a harmless and small 20 kb image. Now if it was something large (in resolution and file size), that'd be an issue.
