Zim has some powerful gear. Also Rick Sanchez beat Saitama even though Saitama could kill him in one punch.

I think Saitama has this. Saitama has the higher durability. And most of Zim's durabilty negating weapons are "not likley to be used in combat". I also feel like zim would be a glass cannon. I feel that Saitama would punch him before Zim uses any weapon. I vote for Saitama.
