King Kai Kaioken?

How come king Kai doesn't have Statistics Amplification via Kaioken, doesn't he have it?.

I'm pretty sure the idea was that he came up with it in a dream but wasn't actually able to use it himself. However, Goku being Goku, was.

On the Dragon Ball wiki it says King Kai didn't master it.

Tho this could mean he couldn't hold it for long. Guess will never no.

He says that he can't use the spirit bomb and kaioken himself so he teaches them to Goku
