Skeletor's erasure hax should be able to take this pretty comfortably. Plus I'm pretty sure he has the AP advantage too.

Skeletor due to Reality Warping and EE. He is much more likely to use the sword's hax in character than He-Man. Jiren has the AP advantage, but Skeletor creams him in hax.

Skeletor, based on hax plus his willingness to use it, should take this.
Jiren's only hope is to knock the Power Sword out of Skeletor's hands and while Jiren is capable of it (Invisible Eye Beams would be perfect for this), he doesn't know to do that. So while there's a chance that, that could happen, it's just not as likely as Skeletor wiping him out beforehand.
