I don't even know how that works lol.

How can you ban that? Maybe it's obvious, but my brain is slightly confused.
 
I'm pretty sure your not allowed to ban a characters existence and/or their more significant powers to make the fight fairer and besides if you have to do that those characters have no business fighting each other and you should find a more appropriate opponent.
