I made this before, but it's outdated now and was done with different versions, so...new one.

Rules
- The fight takes place in the Uchiha Fortress.

- Both are in character and they start fourty meters apart from each other.

- This is EMS Sasuke and Post Second Timeskip Gray.

- Sasuke starts off with Complete Susano'o and Gray starts as a Devil Slayer, I guess. Since he's only 7-A against demons. Inb4 someone says Susanoo counts as one.

Emochiha: 11

Stripper: 3

Who wins? Yes, speed is not equalized, unless necessary.

I would say gray, we never see sasuke sirving absolute zero temperature and he can just freeze anything i just a flick of his wrist. And devil slayer magic didn't need any hamd seal(like ice make magic) gray just need to flash freeze him(like silver freeze natsu) and use destruction bow to destroy his body. Sasuke can't use izanagi/izanami because he is not aware to what happen woth him
 
I vote Sasuke there is literally nothing Gray can do against him when he has Amaterasu which he used to escape Kaguya's ice technique.
 
Voting Sasuke via potentially higher AP, Speed also coupled with the fact that he has Precognition allowing him to react to Grey far more easily. anyway, don't see Grey surviving Ama if he gets hit as they have shown capable of damaging opponents far above their regular AP.

going with gray for these reasons, also, SuSaNoO cOuNtS aS a DeMoN

The Sharingan would be able to read Gray's movements but his Ice is instant.

Also Gray's Ice is Superior to someone who could Freeze Natsu and his flames solid whereas the only showing of Amaterasu and Ice is Kaguya

And to boot he has his Zeroth Destruction Fist which takes the Freezing Properties of Invel's Kamui which freezes anything it touches
 
also, your forgetting that Sasuke just needs to make eye contact to burn Grey with Ama.

while Grey's ice is going to freeze his Susanoo first before getting to his own body.

I see your point about Ama, but that doesn't discredit Gray's own Ice

And I doubt Gray is gonna sit still while dealing with a Susano'o for Sasuke to do so

And with his Susano'o active Sasuke tends to attack more actively with it and Kagutscuchi than just raw Amaterasu unless he's desperate
 
I'm not discrediting Grey's ice, I think it gives him a valid chance to Win but I personally just see more advantage for Sasuke, also while Sasuke might be in this huge bulking armor thing, you have to remember his still slightly faster than Grey

Gray instantly froze tempesters tornadoes when he saved Laxus from him
 
I dunno if it's anime only, but I'm talking about actual opponents, not things like attacks. And he certainly doesn't do it regularly. It's not his style, I guess.

Even if I badly wanted him to do so.

The only instances I remember of him immediately freezing someone was Raul back in the beggininng of the series and Natsu in the Avatar arc (I think?)

But his Destruction Fist freezes anything it touches since it's made from the same Ice as Invel's armor
 
Amaterasu can harm Hachibi (who is high6c) and juubi (who is high6a) it is noted in Sasuke's profile.

Kaguya's ice isn't something weak,even TSB can't move easily inside it.
