Does Nihilus lead with well...speaking instead of other force abilities? How instantaneous is it the Drain/Death/Soul hax?

Dragon and Kep debunked me...a few times (which is why Mewtwo never won any matches against anyone else but his Mirage self). His mode of operation is considered TK now thanks to them.

Anyway, with both having useful precog, I kinda designed this to be inconclusive, as both can instantly win (Mewtwo via flexing and Nihilus via speaking).
Also, not that it matters, but Mewtwo's fear hax is passive.
I honestly don't know how quick Nihilus' soul hax takes. If it's instant, gg. If it's not, then inconclusive.
